1. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours on business days.

Delivery Time & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: €8.99 / 89 SEK.
  • Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days within Sweden and 3-7 business days to EU

Unclaimed Packages

If you fail to collect your package at the pickup point, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 SEK / €25 to cover return shipping, hazardous materials handling (if applicable), and administrative costs.

​2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

​In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation and Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email). You can use the contact details below:

​To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

​3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)

​If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the original delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

Timeline

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  1. ​14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  2. ​(If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Payment Method

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

​4. Returns and Shipping Costs

Returning the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

Cost of Return

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at approximately 15 EUR/150 SEK.

Please note: As our products (pressurized canisters) may be classified as dangerous goods (DG), standard postal services may not accept them for return shipment. You are responsible for ensuring the carrier accepts the package.

Diminished Value of Goods & AC Kits

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Specific to AC Refill Kits:

  • Canisters: If the seal on the refrigerant canister is broken, pierced, or if the canister has been connected to a vehicle, the product is considered fully consumed or inseparably mixed. In this case, the diminished value is 100%, and no refund will be issued for the canister.
  • Hoses/Gauges: If the hose or gauge has been used and contaminated with oil or dye from the vehicle, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value (up to 100% if the item cannot be cleaned and resold).

​5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

​The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • ​Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • ​Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items (e.g., refrigerant gas that has been filled into a vehicle).
  • ​Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return.

​6. Complaints and Warranty

​In Sweden, you have a 3-year right of complaint (Reklamationsrätt) regarding original defects in the product under the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (e.g., a leaking valve or a faulty gauge), please contact us immediately at info@freezecar.com. Do not attempt to use a damaged canister. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and repair or replacement of the item.
